WHO FOUND THE KITCHEN?
Lokender and Desmond are Gum-Ma's kiddos and created the business for her after defending the country full-time as part of their respective careers.
Armed with an Executive MBA from NUS and an experimental home cook, Lokender has has deep interest in innovation, processes and technology.
Desmond on the other hand is learned in food science and has very difficult to deal with taste buds.
Because both of them loved their grandmothers deeply, so they came up with the Gum-Ma Soybean experience to share a mother's love with the world through wholesome food.
WHAT'S IN THE KITCHEN?
We start the journey of a humble Soybean from a pressure cooker that sits happily by the corner of the shop.
Next, through a 5 stage process (see image below), we turn the Soybean into Soymilk that not only preserves nutrients but tastes excellent.
The kitchen then streams into a 3-some medley at 3 stations where Soymilk, Soymilk Pudding & Soymilk waffles are prepared for delivery and takeaway.
